Quilters are storytellers, weaving tales with needles, fabric and thread. Inspiration for my quilts comes from observing natural, cultural and political landscapes. In the class setting, my goals are to encourage students to view creativity as a natural skill, enjoy all aspects of the quilting process, remember the power of laughter, and never underestimate the mystery of chocolate.
